By accessing or using the Service, you represent that you are engaging with Insteel Engineers in a professional, commercial, or B2B capacity. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
The Service provides access to automated tools, including but not limited to the Barricading Calculator and Tonnage Estimators. ALL OUTPUTS, COST ESTIMATES, AND METRIC TONNAGE CALCULATIONS PROVIDED BY THESE TOOLS ARE PRELIMINARY AND NON-BINDING.
They are provided strictly for high-level budgetary and planning purposes. Under no circumstances shall an automated estimate constitute a formal commercial offer, a binding contract, or a guarantee of final project costs. Final costs are strictly subject to site conditions, structural audits, raw material market fluctuations, and formal engineering reviews. Insteel Engineers expressly disclaims any liability for financial losses, project delays, or damages arising from reliance on automated estimations.
All proprietary methodologies, engineering workflows, 3D models, connection design algorithms, and structural detailing frameworks displayed or utilized on the Service are the exclusive intellectual property of Insteel Engineers. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute any technical content or drawings from this site without formal written authorization.
Submitting data through our Partner or Vendor Application portals does not guarantee empanelment or the award of any sub-contracts. Insteel Engineers reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion, with or without cause. All data submitted must be accurate, and falsification of technical capabilities or financial standing will result in immediate permanent disqualification.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Insteel Engineers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
